I am a single mom of a 9 year old who has an ex-husband who is suing me for custody of the little girl I have raised by myself for the past 7 years...all to avoid paying child support.  I didn't ask for child support in the beginning because he had two other childen he was still supporting at the time...but once they were grown and out of the house, I told him I was filing for child support...two weeks later...I was served a Motion to Modify for custody of the only thing I've lived for the past 7 years. 

I work 40 hours per week, but only make enough to cover housing, utilities, my daughter's expenses, and a car loan.  I need help with the costs to cover an attorney of approximately $3000... If there is anyone out there who can help me...I would be more than greatly appreciative.  I can repay this money once this battle is over...hopefully in the next 6 months.
